This community is located in San Jacinto, CA.
Duties include:
Performing general maintenance in units and around the common areas.
Maintaining and cleaning the common areas.
Scheduling and overseeing outside vendors.
Troubleshooting onsite problems.
Electrical, plumbing, painting, basic carpentry etc.
Delivering letters or notices to residents.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation Position Details:
Full-time, 30 hours per week Monday - Friday.
Compensation based on experience.
Candidates must also:
Be able to read, write and speak English (Bi-lingual preferred).
Pass a Drug/Background screening.
Possess strong communication/customer services skills.
Possess a valid driver license.
Possess valid proof of insurance.
