Duties/Responsibilities Provide Food Outlets and Team Members with weekly schedules.
Take inventory and properly place orders for Food Outlet.
Conduct Month End Inventory for Food Outlet.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly logs and spreadsheets.
Maintain food outlet team member accountability of assigned shift responsibilities.
Follow standard department and Casino policies and procedures.
Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, Gaming Commission regulations, and internal controls.
Assist in training of new Food Outlet Team Members.
Assist in menu planning and cost of sales.
Assist Food Outlet Team Members in performing their duties.
Acts as a liaison between Food Outlet Team Members and Outlet Manager.
Participate in special events and banquets.
Order supplies for outlets as needed.
Assists Outlet Manager as needed.
Assist with time-keeping and payroll while overseeing proper Kronos procedures.
Must be physically present to work a regular, reliable, and predictable work schedule in accordance with business demands, and maintain a consistent and regular attendance record.
Perform special projects and other responsibilities, tasks, or duties as requested.
Supervisory Responsibilities Assist hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs.
Speak with others using clear and professional language.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.

Serve as a contributing Team Member of the Soboba Band of Luise o Indians enhancing the Casino's operations in all its business endeavors.
Education / Qualifications Must be 21 years of age, or older.
High School diploma or equivalent, required.
Minimum of two (2) years of food and beverage service required.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a shift leader, lead position, or Supervisor position, strongly preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of cash handling experience, required.
Guest Service experience, preferred.
Experience with POS system and manual registers, preferred.
Any combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
Certificates, licenses and registration Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license.
Required to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing.
Ability to obtain and maintain County of Riverside Food Handlers Card within seven (7) days of date of hire.
Ability to obtain and maintain TIPS certification (Training for Intervention Procedures).
Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certified, or able to obtain certification within 60 days of date of hire.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
