9K a year Job Summary The Surveillance Agent, utilizing the audio and video surveillance system, will monitor and observe casino gaming and non-gaming operations; report safety violations, irregular activities, criminal, procedural violations and internal control violations; provide written reports of all violations, suspicious behavior and criminal activities; monitor the property for the purpose of security and investigation of internal and external violations, theft and criminal activity.
Interact with law enforcement personnel and other representatives.

Ability to monitor, review and save video footage through the CCTV system; and Working knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for carrying out the duties and responsibilities as assigned by Surveillance Supervision.

) Monitor all gaming and non-gaming areas e.

money transfers, soft count activities, slot/table drops.
Observe all table game play and report suspicious activity.
Ensure that surveillance equipment and software e.
g.
monitor, report writing, are working properly.
Monitor suspicious subjects.
Prepare separate investigative video when requested.
Provide verbal and written reports as required.
Apply knowledge of gaming operations in relationship to, policies and procedures, regulations, and controls.
General knowledge of or ability to learn basic investigative concepts and principles as applied to surveillance.
Apply personable skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
Collect, analyze, consolidate, summarize, and communicate verbally and in written information obtain through the observing and reporting process.
Ability to draw conclusions from the information obtained through observation; and any other duties as assigned by Surveillance Management and Supervision.
Minimum Requirements Ability to work anytime including evening, weekends and holidays.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Successfully complete/ pass pre-employment drug screening and Background Clearance.
Meet and maintain licensing standards/guidelines to qualify for a key gaming license.
Possession of a current California Drivers' License or California Identification.
Education/Experience High School Diploma or G.

from an accredited institution and preferably 1 year experience in a casino environment, preferably in surveillance, law enforcement, regulatory or investigation.

The employee frequently is required to stand and walk.
The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands and fingers to feel objects, tools or controls, which will require the ability to reach out with upper appendages.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust focus.
The physical environment requires the employee to work inside cold conditions.
Working Conditions Commission employees are expected to work some days and hours outside the normal workweek.
